Scheme of Examination

Computer Based Examination: The Computer Based Examination will consist of one Objective Type Paper containing 80 questions carrying 2 marks each with the following composition

  • All the questions will be of Objective Multiple-Choice Type. The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and 13 Regional language
  • There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
  • A ‘Mock Test’ on the Computer Based Examination has been provided on the website of the Commission in the ‘Candidate’s Corner’ Section.

Incentive to NCC Certificate Holders

The incentive to ‘NCC Certificate’ holders will be granted at the following scales:

NCC 'C' Certificate 5% of the maximum marks of the Examination
NCC 'B' Certificate 3% of the maximum marks of the Examination
NCC 'A' Certificate 2% of the maximum marks of the Examination

The benefit to the NCC Certificate Holder will be confirmed only on production of the original certificate supporting their claims at the time of Document Verification.
